Ever wonder what we do at NDesigns when we are not busy making awesome t-shirts? We like to do a little interior decorating by utilizing the newest materials available from our vendors to test them out for our wonderful customers. This time we decided to try out the etched glass vinyl from our friends at Oracal. As you can see, we created a clean-cut, professional grade graphic that really stands out and spruced up our once plain window. Not that we don’t love to see each and every customers smiling face, but etched glass vinyl blurs the line of sight while not completely blocking it to create an inviting way to create privacy. The remarkable thing about etched glass is that it creates the exact look of sandblasting but at a fraction of the cost. With vinyl, we can also change out this decal if, down the road, we have another spark of creativity and decide we need a change.

Here is a cool project that we would love to see more Softball Teams do in the future. The 2011 LCHS Lady Falcons dedicated a “Pink-Out” Night to help promote breast cancer awareness in our community. 250 people that paid to get into the game received a free “Pink Out” T-shirt. Gate proceeds were donated to the Fight Like a Girl campaign, which goes to helping individuals and families that are Fighting the Fight against Cancer.
If you are interested in doing this for your Team, we are willing to donate the player shirts at no charge, and the regular t-shirts that can be given out at the gate are only $5 each.
Some of our favorite type of shirts to print are designs targeted for great causes. We have been blessed to be able to print two cool shirts this week for Musician, Humanitarian and Lover of Life; Big Kenny. Back in 2009, he had the privilege of hearing the beautiful voices of The African Children’s Choir. He is now helping the group raise money to build a new school in Uganda. When we found out about it, we wanted to help donate shirts for the children to wear when they travel and perform.
Please take time to read this letter from Kenny. You too may want to help!
